This is the worse Popeyes I have been to our order was all wrong my husband and I ordered. My husband and I were very disappointed. We were in the mood to get some fried chicken to watch the football game, he went into... the Popeyes and ordered two lunches. When he went to pay he only had a $100 bill and the guy at the register said oh no no no wecan't cash that. It was one p.m. on a Saturday afternoon, I'm sure they had change of 100 by then. It was very disappointing.$100 is money whether it's one bill or five bills it's money. You should not be turned down when trying to pay with money. Ithink you can do better Read more
Terrible terrible terrible service! Absolutely terrible! I wish I could put a negative amount of stars! The two cashiers up... front looked like every customer coming through the door was a burden and intruding on their personal time. The girl was havingan entire conversation with the cooks in the back as I was ordering my food about nonsense, so she kept messing up my order Ihad to repeat it several times til she got it right. She did not give anyone receipts but kept calling out numbers as if we weresupposed to know, and when I pointed out we don?t have a receipt to know our number, she told me it was my food with a roll ofthe eyes. When I asked for sauce to go with my nuggets she threw them in my bag like it was such a hassle. I went back to askfor Tartar sauce to go with my shrimps and the guy stared at me like I had two heads and reluctantly gave them to me. I didn?teven want to go back and ask them for napkins because I didn?t want to deal with anymore of their attitudes. The nuggets werethe size of the tips of my pinky finger. They told me that something I wanted was no longer in the menu, and then I saw otherpeople getting exactly what I asked for. Very poor customer service. Unprofessional staff. There was no people in the store still i have to wait. The lady in front was... very unprofessional and not listening what i was trying to say. After waiting for 20 minutes the food was cold and soggy. Theleft my packed chicken in the cold while waiting for my other order. Very dirty restroom and restaurant. There was chickenpieces everywhere on the floor. Zero star not recommending to anyone. Read more
When this place originally opened it wasn?t bad. But then it has slowly gone down hill? food takes 20+mins to get, front Indian... man is rude, wants to up charge you for every dam thing, says they have to make it fresh but somehow it?s cold when you get it.Food containers are barely filled. The worst Popeye?s on the planet! Large coleslaw was filled less than half way. It was a regular size in a large container. The... tea is labeled unsweetened, but the handle is labeled sweet. Bucket of cleaning supplies are left behind the tea. The staffare awesome at ignoring customers. It is obvious that this location is poorly managed and Corporate needs to address manyissues. A few weeks ago we wanted to do a chicken sandwich challenge to compare 6 sandwiches, including Popeyes. Not only did it take... forever for one sandwich, the sandwich we were given (pictured) had almost no chicken (all breading), was incredibly overcooked, and completely inedible. When I went to pick it up the guy wouldn?t accept my screenshot pickup code. Stood there forover 10 mins after he claimed we never placed the order. Had to bring my boyfriend in, to which they then gave him this sandwichand asked me what I was waiting for, as if we weren?t together. Complained to the company and they said this location wouldreach out- they never did. We will never return to this location. Read more
It's the second time I was in the Elmsford location. I thought it would be better than the first time, but turned out to be... worse. Only one employee taking and preparing orders. I was next on line, by the time I was taken care of there were 8 peoplebehind me. I waited at least 15 minutes on line. I asked about the big box deal, but was told it was only on line, didn't seethat in the TV commercial. Food was good, but I will not be going there again. Read more
