We brought my elderly mother in law to this place for dinner after getting a haircut. They were very attentive to her and even... put her walker aside so it wouldn't be in our way. Is my wifegot the Athenian Burger, my mother in law ordered the beef stewand I got a Greek chicken wrap which was made just as I liked. All the food was delicious And the staff did not forget you weresitting at their table. We got a lot of attention and didn't know that my mother's in law's dinner came with dessert. Theportions were so generous that we all took food home and my mother in law got her dessert, which was a surprise, All ourleftovers had to be wrapped to go. Read more
The food at Stop 20 Diner off Hempstead Turnpike was straight from a can and it was very disgusting. The potato that was given... was old and dried out, the corn kernel was directly poured from out of a can, I was tasting every bit of aluminum tin taste inmy meal. This establishment should be ashamed, they should not deserve the title ?restaurant?. You?d have better luck down bythe food pantry rather than spending $33 for junk like me. Shirley is one of the nicest waitresses and everyone there has a spirit to serve. It's a bit pricey for an espresso but... everything seems to be a bit more nowadays. The omelets are always delicious and they pump out French Toast ???????????? allday!! Read more
Excellent hospitality and service. The manager greeted us as soon as we arrived with a smile and gracious demeanor. He seated... us right away and made sure we were welcomed. This is a great spot for diner food! I'd give it a 4.5/5 if I could. The Stop 20 burger was impressive in taste and... presentation. The waffle fries were crispy and tasty. It was a great meal! Unfortunately, for me, the chocolate milkshakedidn't hold up too strongly. The consistency of the shake was a little on the thin side. It was rich in flavor but not thickenough for me. Absolutely amazing. Seriously there is a reason this place is rated so high! The service is the best I?ve ever had anywhere in... the country. The staff all work together to create the perfect customer experience and the food is served fresh, fast anddelicious! Would recommend to any and everyone! I got this delicious burger and hot chocolate. Both were tasty! Will definitelybe back very very soon! Also the guy at the front is amazing so kind and welcoming to ALL guests! The diner is very nice with a great old school vibe. Our waiter was also great. Only thing I wasn?t wowed over was the food. It... was very plain and not diner food you would really come back for. Ordered the 2 breakfast combos: corned beef hash and egg?sbenedict. The corned beef was better than the eggs benedict however it still wasn?t that good. Nice service but sadly not thefood. Read more
Best everything I ever had. I ordered a Pastrami and Swiss omelet with a side of white toast and home fries. Every single thing,... the omelet, the individual ingredients in the omelet, the home fries and the toast, plain buttered toast, best I ever had fromany of the places I've been to. This is the best. We had such a good experience that me and my wife decided to go back and orderthe exact same thing. It tasted just as good as it did the first time, and gave the exact same food high. Read more
