That store is small as hell. And nobody there ever gets the order right. It seems basic knowledge to learn how to read. Others... and myself had to get our orders made 3 diffrent times. I gave up It was a sausage egg and cheese plain bagel that was all. Yetcouldn't remeber the cheese or not burn the bagel or didn't remeber the egg. It's frustrating because these things have been onthe menu for a long time it's nothing new. But definitely wouldn't recommend this place. Read more

Terrible, everytime I order at 4am, the crew there is half asleep and my order is never ready. What's the point of ordering in... advanced if I still have to wait when I arrive?? Firstly I buy @ this dunken donuts (mobile order)Mon-Friday, today was by far the worst day ever. I ordered my iced latte and... grilled cheese sandwich while walking to the store this gives them enough time to make and put out by the time I get there. Walkinto the store today there?s about 10 people in there waiting nothing on the pick up rack it?s empty. After 10 mins they put mylatte, after another 10 mins I see a box with no tag order # etc so don?t know if it?s my order ask the lady who?s doingsandwich she?s doesn?t know she leaves and walk back to her station while there a guy gave the cashier his receipt because hebeen there way before she starts laughing and giving the guy his stuff that?s been just waiting around in the back like it?s ajoke. How dare u laugh at making a custom wait 1/2 hr or more for an order. He I start asking about my grill cheese the managerlady comes over quickly and says it?s mine. Y couldn?t the lady just ask hey didn?t someone have a grill cheese pick up orderinstead of just leaving it there after I waited 1/2 with no tag or order number?? Do better that?s not the way to treatcustomers. And it?s not funny too laugh when they been waiting long, try saying u are sorry the order was late but don?tfreaking laugh because it?s not funny!!! I was sitting and having my coffee and donuts and after observing the service to customers. I lost my appetite threw away my... food and walked out and will never go back there again. The person was serving food with same gloves that he was handling money.Then later on he went to open the bathroom for customer with the key that is handle by many many other people. Never changedgloves and continued to serve food with same gloves. That gloves must have so many nasty germs I am never back going thereagain. Please watch how you are being served. Not only can they move quite slow at times.This Dunkin gives the option for curbside but they NEVER bring your stuff out! 4th... time without fail. I eventually have to go in because it's not coming out. The stupidity is that they can turn off the curbsideif they need to and say that it's not available at this time. I know this because I've experienced it at other locations thathave drive-thru and/or curbside options. The part that really let's you know that they really just DGAF is that the top line ofthe sticker that they put on your order literally says CURBSIDE if you place a curbside order. Read more
Donuts were STALE. I purchased 18 donuts for my New Years Eve gathering. I gave my nonverbal autistic son 4 of the donuts to... try. He bit them n threw them away. Since they were donuts he hadn't tried before I figured he just didn't like them. Weusually eat healthy so I figured we'd end the year with a dessert feast. It wasn't until 11:30 pm when I opened the dozenglazed donuts and tried one that I realized they were STALE. I even try to warm one n it didn't help. I called my sister who hadtaken 2 donuts home with her and confirmed her donuts were also STALE. How can you have on display a full tray of STALE donuts?I returned what was left. Unfortunately, the first set of replacement donuts also appeared stale. The second set look better.The manager's response elevated the rating to a 1. He was apologetic, and accommodating, but the product does not match thestandards of other Dunkin Donuts I have patronized. I don't plan on using this DD again. Read more
