This was the first and very last time coming here. We came in it was quiet only one other family in the store. We ordered dinner... for a family of 4 and it took us almost 40 mins to get our food. The first round of food the girl had gloves on and touched thegarbage can then handled our food. My husband said something and they remade the order more concerned with their drive thru thenour order. 2 screaming kids and a group of staff standing in the back playing on their phones made for a horrible experience. I went there with my friends this weekend and we had chicken and whopper combos, it was fresh and I couldn't help it other than... thinking about going back. I've enjoyed my dine in experience every time I've been at this location. The staff are quick to take orders and helpful if you... need some else to round out your meal. They seem to be very busy and working over time to fill drive thru orders, So patience isneeded when ordering in house. I highly recommend their whopper with bacon and cheese. Read more
Awful, literally. Must be understaffed or something. Fast food restaurant that takes a half hour for a burger. Sometime?s ... nobody is even there to take an order. Honestly if I didn't like the food I wouldn't go there. When I pulled up no one answered me at the speaker so I drove up to the... window there was garbage all over the floo.... again no one was there so I was going to leave when finally someone came to thewindow. She explained the sensor was not working but why not put a sign? Or be available to customers. I was the only one thereand only ordered 2 meals I was asked to park. I was sitting there so long. Wish could give a zero. We order some cheese sticks, onion rings and potato fries. All three food items had a burnt smell on it.... And the potato fries were smelly and tasted bad. Had to throw away. Read more
