I wanted to give a good review because Elmira needs more good food places so I wanted this place to be good, but my experience... here was just okay. I got the Rasta pasta and jerk chicken salad. The pasta was like ziti noodles in a flavorless sauce, withbell peppers thrown in; desperately needed cheese or garlic/spices/some sort of seasoning. The jerk chicken was good but saladwas very plain; iceberg lettuce, etc. Nothing special, and the ranch drowned out any flavor the chicken had so it was likeeating a mediocre American chicken salad. Mac & cheese was pretty good. I wanted to try their curries or other meats beforereviewing but not sure I will. I hope the restaurant can take reviews like mine as constructive criticism to help them improve &grow their business, as I would love to see new places with good food thrive in Elmira. Read more
I had the Curry Chicken and it was awesome. Great taste and big portions. I will definitely be going back for more????????????

When they first opened and about two months after we got the Escovitch Fish, picked veggies cabbage and so on. Those dishes were... absolutely packed and had such a great flavor to them it was stunning that something so unique could even be in the area. Thelocation is a bit awkward but it's really meant for take out. If you're seriously looking for something different and boldflavors then this is the place. Also, the owners are lovely people.
