Customer service is great!! I had an old lady rear-end me while I was trying to order my orders!! An employee that came out and... helped us. Figured out that they needed the manager. The manager came out and helped us even customers came out and helped us. Iappreciated everything that was done that night. All around four-star but I?m giving it five star!! Just due to that night. Theses workers get paid pretty good money and the service sucks and the young workers have no customer service skills. This one has its ups n downs. I mean, sometimes it's a great experience, sometimes not so much. You'll get you food... eventually. Dirty tables, drink station, full trash cans, managers with attitude. Maybe just the location. But every now n thenit's as it should be like any other location. Depends on the crew I guess. Read more

45 min wait after they refused my 100 dollar bill for a 50 dollar food order. This place has gone down hill the employees are... rude and the management act like hoodlums. My order is messed up everytime and fast food is no longer the concept at anymcdoanlds ve prepared to wait 45 mins whether there be 2 people or 40. They delete your order from the screen to make theretimes look good meanwhile forgetting to get your food and after an hour wait the manager will take your recipe from you and gochase down your food.
