Had the worst experience I have ever had at the Arby?s in Elmira NY. Please note that I love Arby?s just not this particular... one. The condiment station was filthy, clogged and the ketchup had been mixed with some sort of cleaning agent. The mustardsection cap flew off at me and stained my pants. If I get sick from ingesting whatever that is then I will be sure to file acomplaint against this particular Arby?s. I did notify the person behind the counter, and she in return went to who I wouldassume is the manager. Who seemed to care a less as they seemed to be to be to concerned with the drive thru. This could be apotential health hazard and there was no sense of urgency. I am so disappointed and saddened that this is what the Arby?s inElmira has become. Read more
