Writing a review is a double edge sword. On one hand, the review aught to be about the deliciousness and savory food that can... keep you going back for more. In this review the food is the highlight. The cachapas, patatacons & the drinks are the star.It's what kept me going back. However, the other side of the sword is what I need to highlight. Every establishment needs a polite, respectful & professional staff. Last night, this is what it did not have. A pretty face behind the counter shouldn'tbe the only factor behind a successful establishment. No professional and or polite staff would see a customer infront of themand totally be indifferent. I was not acknowledge even after i stood by counter to finnish them gossip. I was the only customerat the time. One female stated that she thought i was "just standing" there for what it appeared to feel like minutes. That'show i was finally acknowledged!?. No one said hello. Instantly, I was baffled why would staff ask me that. Isn't standing bycounter what a customer does before saying "hello, I'd like to order..." I finally place my order. I can easily savor the foodin mind and was looking forward to the sauce on top of the deliciousness. So I decided to order extra sauce. I payed the extra$1.50. But , after arriving home and opening the bag I only found the additional sauce I ordered. Yes, I was shortened sauce. Not only did I order and expect sauce with it but, I payed extra and was shortened. Was it payback for standing by the counterand stating that I was just standing there!? (Mocking the staff?) How many customers have they treated as such?! I willsay that the food was ok & Meets standards. but on the other hand This experience was turn off and I probably won't go back. They make good Patacon sandwich. I took out the pulled beef and it was okay.
Amazing the chicken is super flavorful and juicy and the green and pink-ish type sauce go amazing with the sandwich and I... recommend adding a egg into the sandwich the whole thing is all around amazing I feel like the picture doesn?t do it justice butyou can see the pool of flavor juices on the bottom Read more
The service was good, the food was ok. Not the best Venezuelan food in the area. I tried the Patacon Llanero and it was ok.... Could be better. The drinks were extremely sweet, so sweet that I needed to ask for another cup and put half a cup of water andhalf of the passion fruit juice and it was still sweet. Read more
Finally got to try this place!! Got the shredded beef patacon and added sweet plantains. It was great but I want to try it with... more cheese (They do give you one piece for free) Yuca fries are excellent. Read more
First time here. The food is to die for; I had a Patacon Paisa. I definitely recommend it. I have no complaints. Customer... service was great. Friendly and attentive. I sat outside in this 90 degree weather. Which I enjoyed. Overall, it was truly adelicious Venezuelan meal. Read more
Very nice Venezuela food, cozy place, very friendly staff and good prices. The only problem is they don?t have bathrooms. Food... is very juicy and people need wash hand and use bathroom service and they don?t have. But otherwise amazing place. Read more
