I have to give this place a O star! This place used to be good many years ago the one in Elmhurst. I don?t care for reviews but... I have to say this is the worst place to order food. Always gives sloppy food and cold. The employees are all in the backinstead of having someone at the front register taking your order. You will wait for at least 10 mins if not more. No apology,No I will be with you. Just awful customer service. The employees are really incompetent in doing their jobs. Avoid going tothis place you will regret it. Read more
New bourbon sandwich need more. The service was ok. They need better organization. Too much confusion on my visit.
The first bite of my burger was bliss, fresh Patties, loads of bacon, and the sauce was dripping just the way I like it! First... sip of my lemonade and my taste buds exploded with satisfaction. I have never had a better experience in my life at a fast foodrestaurant. The food is always fresh! The food is always great, the employees is always nice. Went through the drive thru and asked for a side of sauce. I have never been charged for it before. They said 25¢ okay cool so... I grab a quarter. Then the price is 55¢ and I tell the person at the window that the first person said 25¢. They both come tothe window and say it's now 75¢. Made absolutely no sense. Employees were very rude about it. Was not provided with any type ofreceipt. Will not go back to this location in the future. Read more
I walk in I?m the only one and nobody at the drive up stood by the register for a long time listening to the employees laughing... and having a good time they would look at me and continue doing what they were doing finally I yelled do any of you work here?She h go ones to the register with a smirk on her face took my order . Omg we had the breakfast baconator combo meal the other day, and it was sooooo freaking good and the meal was pretty big like... the quantity of wedges and size of the sandwhich was more then filling, and for only 16$ for two combos was the icing on thecake. We were super satisfied. Read more
