Ok so when people talk about a hidden gem, this is what they?re talking about??the food in this place is slamming! I?m talking... really good bbq for a really good price. This was my third or fourth time dining with them, so by now I?ve tried most of themeats as well as the sides and they definitely don?t disappoint. If you?re going with a group i suggest you try the pulled porkcheese fry. It?s a great appetizer for 4 priced under $15. Everything on the menu is reasonably priced and they also deliverwhich is a plus, they?re definitely better than the other 2 bbq chains in the area. And the bread pudding is pretty good too! Hands down one of the best local bbq places in Chicago area. The customer service is fantastic very friendly and optimistic! The... food was simply amazing all sorts of different flavors and each better than the last. I was at an event last week that was catered by them and decided to come check out the restaurant. The food was excellent and... those were the best burnt ends I have ever had. They were lean and moist. The pulled pork was delicious too. My wife had thesmokehouse salad and it was enough for two servings. Read more

Absolutely loved it! Food was remarkable well portioned and a great atmosphere. Staff was friendly an informative. They have... generous Texas style portions without sacrificing flavor. I tried Firewater BBQ with a friend and can?t say enough good things. The service was fast and friendly, and the BBQ was top... notch. I tried the 3 meat platter with sweet potato fries and was very impressed. The burnt ends were my favorite meat choice,and I had the Chicago Sweet BBQ sauce. Would gladly come here again. Read more
I'm from out of town, had just landed at O'Hare. First time here. Order at the counter-type place. I had a problem at first with... my credit card but they patiently figured it out. Extremely great service! I ordered a 3 meat plate with a double helping ofribs and brisket, with sweet potato fries. A slice of corn bread came with the meal as well. Huge portions, great taste, andgreat atmosphere. I only had water, but there's a self-serve soda dispenser. This place was just what I was looking for!Definitely recommend it! Read more
