Today: 2pm- This location has been going down hill for quite sometime, I?m not even sure if I want to eat chipotle again. Rude... service, doesn?t listen to instructions and are forgetful. It seems like no one wants to actually work there. It?s time for ateam meeting, guys. I tried calling to speak to someone about this but no one answered multiple times today and sadly have toleave a review. Good food, service was good, just a bit of wait time but other than that nothing else bad can be said.

This location is always bad. Ate inside and all tables were dirty so we had to clean off ourselves. Ordered burrito bowl with... steak and nothing but fat chunks and this time there was a bone chunk in one of the meat pieces. Ended up throwing out thewhole meal. Read more

First time was awesome except watermelon lemonade tasted like dish detergent was in it ???? 2nd visit was not so great. They... was stingy with food like they was gone run out soon. Bowl too expensive to be stingy ????. Then they charged me almost $3 forguacamole topping, first visit they did not do that! Hadn't been to Chipotle in years. They use to have chewy steak. Theydon't have that issue anymore, thank God. They have pulled pork and steak now, hope same for all locations. So much better. They don't have shrimp or fish. What?! That is not fair. This is by far the most poorly run Chipotle I have ever been to. Ordered online for pickup at 6pm. When I arrived there were... about five other people waiting for online orders and a long line at the regular counter, understandable there would be a bit ofa wait. However, soon there was no one in the regular line and about 10-15 people waiting for online orders. You would thinkthat the manager would redirect the associates standing, doing nothing and waiting for customers to come in and order to helpcatch up on online orders. Instead, the two associates on online orders proceeded to fill orders by who complained first. After 40 minutes of waiting I asked for a refund and was told by the manager I needed to call in to get one (despite paying atthe store). Can?t wait to spend another 30 minutes on the phone to get money back for food I never received. I don?t blame theassociates, the manager is awful and rude. Read more

Just placed an order for in store pickup as a quick pickup for 5:40. Got there and had to pay in store due to the app not taking... payments at the time. Had to wait for 15-20 minutes. The reason why I?m still giving this review 5 stars is because the staff isfriendly, but also because they kept there cool. It was super busy only 1 person working the online order and he ended up askingfor help. Which then a female worker came over to help him out. All I want to say is thank you for keeping calm in a busy timelike now and also for being so nice and apologetic for my order for the time it took to make due to backed up orders. Used to love coming here! The quality has unfortunately gone down the drain. Look at this guac they were handing out to people.... How does this even look worthy of selling? Not to mention it?s like an extra $2.50! Went up to the counter and wasn?t evenoffered a refund. So sad. Read more
