Requested fresh rice as the Asian guy literally scrapped the remnants of the sides. Back of house provides fresh rice. Asian guy... continues to scrap old rice for my burrito. Absolutely my worse experience at any chipotle. I ordered 1 burrito and 1 bowl for pickup. I got 2 bowls, both less than half... filled, and both cold. Then when I tried to call the restaurant I could not speak to anyone, and only was able to fill outquestions on an online survey. Read more
Anytime we get a delivery from this chipotle it is wrong or inedible. I am beginning to question if they can even read. We... ordered two separate bowls from GrubHub and when they arrived they were exactly the same so they clearly did not read what wewanted. I placed a mobile order for a pick up time of 1:20 pm. I waited nearly 25 minutes over the estimated pick up time for them to... start preparing my order. When I arrived home, the guacamole they placed in my bag was turning brown, which is a sign that itisn?t fresh, and there was barely any steak in my bowl, about 5-7 pieces total. This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at chipotle. The restaurant was filthy absolutely disgusting. Even the... front end where they serve the food was a mess. The soda fountain wasn?t working, bathroom had no soap or toilet paper.
