I ordered my meal with issues. The cashier did not understand my order and forgot to charge me. So I ended up charger 3 times,... with order 69, 68 and 71 for my entire meal. Whatever. I get over that. But as I stood there, I watched the team member who wasabout to prepare my food. He was on his phone the whole time i was ordering and once the order came in, he started grabbing thebread and meat and nuggets with his bare hands. He didn?t wash his hands after touching his phone. He had the food ready to goand went to the back for something. At this point, I told the manager that he was touching the food with his dirty hands. Thenhe put on his gloves when he heard me complain and the manager talked to him. They made my order again, which I appreciate. Stopped approximately two weeks ago and all menu screens at the drive-thru had no signal. They were not displaying anything. I... stated that to the team member. Date 8/7/21 7pm. went there and none on the employees were wearing face mask. The guy who was in the front desk was using his... phone And at the same time was serving food without washing his hands. Burger King. this is unacceptable that you do not giveany training to your employees. Also want to mention that Tables were not clean!
