Definitely not fast food. You are lucky to have your food in 20 mins. Ive been in the drive through for 25 mins and i still am... waiting. Absolutely ridiculous. And this isnt a one off. If you come here expect to wait at minimum 20 mins. If theres a lineof cars(4) wait time is at least 30+ mins. I dont know how this place hasn't gotten it together Read more
745 am and doors aren?t open. The gentlemen said it wasn?t open yet. Should probably change your signs and update Google to let... them know y?all can?t open at 6am OR 7am ? go through the drive thru and the menu isn?t even updated for breakfast so I had toguess what I wanted. Why do they use an online ordering system when they dont acknowledge the order until you are there to get it. Placed an order... 45 minutes prior to my arrival. Order had not been started. Manager never acknowledged the time it took, staff did notapologize for the additional wait. The employee smirked when I mentioned the time since I ordered the food as he finally handedit to me. The last couple of times I have ordered food from this Burger King something is always forgotten. They're always out of... something drinks,ice cream, condiments, even ingredients for the burgers. Services takes way to long and we always come backwith something missing that was charged to us i.e bacon on all burgers from our last visit. There's no communication going on Inthe back and at the window the server asks us if the drinks at the windows where ours as if we poured them ourselves and knewwhat was what. I have to say that while the restaurant was short handed the staff was still all friendly. Better customer service there than... most other fast food places. The order was correct, just the quality down a bit. But the customer service made up for that. Read more
On the way to church stopped to get a biscuit at Burger King. It was burned to a crisp. There was no chicken in it, only... breading. Hard to believe they didn't know it was burned. Read more
I had a spicy chicken sandwich which was hot but they had no fries, and their Coke and Dr. Pepper fountain drinks were out. ... There were plenty of King crowns if you're into that, they had them on every table as decor and anywhere else in the restaurantwhere they could fit one. Read more
