I have tried their burgers & pimento sandwich ( I love pimento cheese!). Their fries are okay. They're usually busy but they are... always on top of it. 02/16/22 Did a call in for lunch. Was going to take 25-30 mins which I didn't mind. The cashier lady wasfriendly and funny. I ordered the chicken tenders. They were huge. They were nice. This was our first time at Oh My Lard. We decided to stop in because everyone raves about the food and the owner seems to have a... huge heart for the community. We love supporting local businesses, so we figured it was the perfect fit. We had breakfast. Thefood didn't disappoint. The French toast and eggs were delicious. The server was kind. At one point, the owner came out and madeher rounds to all of the tables, greeting her customers, but bypassed us. Again, it was our first time in her restaurant. Wefelt a bit unwelcome at that point. Maybe she is shy, I don't know. But I do know new business keeps businesses going. The placeneeds dire cleaning. If the kitchen looks like the rest of the restaurant, I'm concerned. It's an old building, but a day'scleaning and a coat of paint will spruce it up nicely. We plan to return. Lunch today at OML was absolutely fantastic! Hamburger steak and onion gravy was delicious. My fried okra and potato salad was... out of sight. My dinner roll couldn't have been any freasher. Wife had burger and onion rings and said they were awesome! Ourmeals did not disappoint! Read more
The hours posted on the door said they should be open. We tried to go in, but the door was locked and the staff inside ignored... us. They were closed with no explanation. As we sat in our car, trying to decide where to go, multiple people came out, carrying large trays of food, got into their catering vans and drove away. Read more
