Awesome place. The "just pig" was messy but amazing! Katie and Greg were great hosts. Totally random find, but glad we did...

Common Man Tap & Table is a nice local establishment that serves good burgers and sandwiches with homemade potato chips. The... beer selection was curated to provide a small but good variety of choices; samples available. Bartender was conversational, attentive and friendly. Read more

Ordered the Badger Burger, it was fresh meat, looks to be hand pressed. Was cooked right not dry, could have been seasoned... more. Included three different cheese slices. Two were melted one was not. The bun was soft and fresh. The horseradish creamcheese sauce was good. The homemade chips were alright a bit greasy. The deep fried Ellsworth cheese curds were served withranch. They didn?t wow us. The portion size was more than we could eat. Also ordered the fish tacos, the fish was over cooked. The flour taco shell was cold and too thick relative to the amount of filling. The number of jalapeño?s made it a bit hot. (Welike spice but the average Minnesotan would find this to hot) The coleslaw either needed sauce or the taco needed more Yum Yumsauce as the taco was dry. The salsa was good, the tortilla chips lacked salt. Beer- Nice assortment of tap beer. We had theSouth Shore Nut Brown Ale, it was smooth, nice nutty taste, good and cold. The Rush River Bubble Jack was a good IPA with abitter finish. The MLE Plowed winter warmer was smooth and very tasty. We may return for a beer but not for the food. The foodwas ok, food was a bit pricey. Read more
