?The best roast beef sandwich I had in Maine? My brother ordered a roast beef sandwich at every restaurant we ate at on our trip... and he said this was the best one. Stopped in for "lunch" in the middle of the week and found a gem. The guys are the beer drinkers, finding a wonderful selection.... We gals needed guidance; and the waitress offered suggestions as well as several tastes. The surroundings were charming. Theatmosphere inviting. All around a fun spot. Stopped in while visiting Bar Harbor from Delaware. We LOVED this place. I have been in hundreds of breweries so I am a... discerning about the beer that I drink. This place was outstanding. The decor is in the style of a traditional English Pub. Lotsoff wood and leather. We were served by Christine who was very friendly and personable. All of the beer was very good but thestandouts were the DIPA, the Peanut Butter Stout on Nitro, and the cask conditioned Special Old Bitter. We will definetly beback if we are in the area again. Quaint English style pub. But it's a brewery. Great selection of beers, especially dark beers. The food is delicious, comforting... and full of flavor. If you go to Arcadian, make a effort and go to Airline Brewing. Read more
My husband and I are a big fan of this Brewing. We have tried 3 different beers. They are all excellent! Very thoughtful and... genius. Whenever we tell people to try their Peanut Butter beer or Raspberry Mint, people usually get gross out right away. Theyare so delicious. A double IPA is absolutely perfect. Food is amazing. (Average $17 per dish.) The restaurant is cute andcomforting. The service is slow, but one lady does it all. So give her a break, would ya? Overall, I would strongly recommendthis place. Read more
