I love this pizza hut because they always make you feel welcome. They know your name and can pretty much place your order... without you saying it. However on today was the first time I've had a bad experience at this pizza hut. I mean it was poor. Imade it there. For lunch at 12:30 for buffet and I was disappointed. There were hardly any pizzas and the pizza that was out wasnot fresh. I could tell they had been sitting because the crust was extra crunchy and dry. I have been a regular customer for years with no complaints until today. Our delivery was missing a pizza and a drink but I... honestly wasn't that bothered by it as I know, we are all human and things happen. Delivery guy was extremely stressed andapologetic about the partial order and said he would get it and bring it back. I would have been fine with that but all 4 of ourpizzas were the wrong crust and undercooked [which can make you sick] and when I called the store the girl who answered thephone was nice until I asked for the manager then suddenly went dumb. As a manager with years of customer service experience, Iknow that the employees can make or break a business. Time to clean the kitchen. SMH Read more
