LuAnn?s made our wedding cake and cupcakes for our wedding guests. They were DELICIOUS! Probably some of the best cupcakes I?ve... ever had. Our guests could not stop talking about how good the cupcakes were. Our gluten free guests were raving about theircupcakes, as well. Tried their peaches and cream cheese cinnamon rolls and they tasted raw, wet, soggy dough.. like they weren't baked enough..... called to make a complaint.. was told it was the peaches but baked just like all the other rolls.. will not buy there again..should have at least offered an exchange.. but nothing... This is a follow up to the above...I got a call from Owner, Joshregarding the above comments... He has made things right and will exchange cinnamon rolls for another or give a refund.. Iprefer the pecan cinnamon rolls so I will do that.....that's all I was looking for.. they have the best frosting..so I am happynow.. thank you Josh Read more

I went to LuAnns on a Saturday morning to enjoy some coffee with friends. The place was very popular and all the outside seating... was already taken, but luckily they had plenty of indoor available. They have a lot of drink options and all reasonably priced.Their snicker doodle coffee was particularly good! They have a lot of food options as well, I'd say they are a bit pricey butdefinitely quality. Folks inside were friendly and quick to serve the people in line. The food and drinks are delicious. I guess you get what you pay for, bought 1 cupcake for 5 dollars! I am pretty upset at the... amount of ice they put in their drinks. Especially for the price. The cup is filled to the absolute top with ice. Leaving verylittle room for your beverage. After leaving I was halfway down the street and my ice latte was empty. (I'm notorious for notfinishing my drinks too) My daughter said "huh, I didn't realize ice was 5 bucks!" The lemonade was also filled to the top withice. Very tasty though. Took my niece for her birthday lunch,, at her request, and it was wonderful as always!!!! This time I tried the BLTA aka the BLT... with Avocado and it was amazing!!!! My niece built her own salad and had a lemonade cupcake and was happy as a clam. Thankyou!!! Read more
