My husband and I had an amazing experience at the rooftop. We are visiting from Florida for our 21st wedding anniversary. Faith... was our waitress. She is super sweet professional and just a lovely woman!! My husband and I truly enjoyed you Faith. Theatmosphere and staff are all great and the food is delicious. Went tonight for the first time and it was excellent! The host, the bartender, our server, everyone was super friendly and... polite. The drinks were great and food amazing! Fried green tomatoes were delicious, and my salmon dinner with roastedcauliflower was perfection. Everyone else thoroughly enjoyed their food as well. Five stars all around! Read more
Atmosphere is nice, especially in favorable weather. They have fans and heat for the roof patio when needed. We really enjoy the... meatloaf dinner and trout dinner. Their food is very consistent and plated nicely. Their drinky drinks are also good, with alittle twist on the classics. Even though they are located on the square, we have never had an issue finding parking, evenduring busy times. The service is good, even though they have a sign warning that they may be short handed at times. It?s hardto find people that want to work. They are good at covering the tables, in my opinion. They partner with local businesses toprovide local ingredients for their dishes. It?s our favorite restaurant in North Georgia for upper class dishes. Read more
We just randomly selected this restaurant while walking downtown Ellijay. What a pleasant surprise. Great specials with an... amazing view. The restaurant was extremely busy but the staff were very attentive and did a great job. Bologna sliders? Oh yes,you've never had them like this. Delicious. Read more
The food here was amazing! So much so, we ate here 2 days in a row! The drinks are also fantastic! The service is great! Staff... is so nice from hostess to server to cooks! I am so surprised to read that someone was not happy with their burger! The burgershere are amazingly moist and juicy! I was most impressed with how perfect the egg was cooked. Nice yolk! Finally a place thatcan cook a nice egg on a burger! This is definitely a favorite place for us when in Ellijay! P.S. After that egg, and thedeliciousness of all food served - I would love to see you add a Saturday Brunch! ;) Read more
Neat place to eat with great views if you sit outside. Staff were friendly and happy. I ordered the ratatouille and it was... nothing short of spectacular! Cooked and seasoned to perfection! My husband had the Rooftop Burger, said it could have beenbetter, was dry and didn't have much flavor. But, he did say he would come again. The mozzarella sticks were yummy according toour grandson ????. Highly recommend this place! Read more
Great food and service! The best part of The Roof IS the roof. The rooftop is a fabulous patio. It's spacious with expansive... views of downtown Ellijay with mountains in the distance. I recommend getting beer or wine. Food is really awesome! Thecocktails are creative but not very strong, hence the 4 stars instead of 5. Downtown Ellijay is also really charming. Read more
My wife and I went here while on vacation in blue ridge. It was a short drive to Ellijay and we're happy we did. The food was... amazing and our server, Faith, was even more amazing.
