This Honey Ham location was so exceptional! There was an error in the computer system that couldn?t find my order, so the team... quickly problem solved and got my order together. They gave me complimentary chocolate muffins for the inconvenience. To top itif I got white glove service when they saw that I had a baby and my order was quite large, they helped me carry the bags to mycar! Absolutely amazing, the bone in ham is exceptional, the flavors are savory and sweet. I love how you eat it cold. I don?tcare for the frozen side?s, I?ve tried the potatoes, macaroni, beans and rolls and they aren?t my favorite. I would rather makemy own sides. The muffins are incredibly delicious and addicting. Ordered online went inside was told to go back outside to pick up, went out back and was told to come back inside. People... clearly have no clue what the hells going on. Online order was $128 got the food and my ham was smaller then what my onlineorder stated but yet the price was more money. I placed my small Christmas order on December 14. I have been so excited to order a HoneyBaked ham as my sister in law has... always recommended it for any gathering. I arrived today, December 23 to pick up my order and everything was off! I reachedthe counter and mentioned to the young man that I had a pickup order. He asked what was the order, I mentioned, would you likemy confirmation number. It was a complete madhouse. Once he asked for my last name, he went to get my order. He came back andstated they were out of the sweet potato casserole. I was semi shocked as I placed this order over a week ago, but the crazything was a guy came out of the back with the sweet potato casserole and gave it to another customer. The pure look ofdisappointment on my face as I was not offered a sorry or how could we make this better. As we made it to the register to pay,it just go weird. My husband mentioned was he able to get his military discount, the associate rudely was trying to explain theprice of the ham and all when we only asked if we were allowed to use our military discount or did the company offer it.
