After receiving the wrong sub during a pickup order and not being refunded as promised, despite calling a total of three times... about the problem over the past 2 weeks, we will not be returning to this Jersey Mike's, which is a shame because we livenearby. We ordered and picked up two subs on 10/21. When we unwrapped the subs at home, one was wrong (not even close--orderedan Italian coldcut and received some sort of cheesesteak/beef and peppers sub). The order receipt had a different person's nameon it. We called immediately and spoke with a female manager who said that she would take the charge off our credit card. It'sbeen 2 weeks and we have called twice since the initial call--once we spoke with a male who said he just started and would takeour name and number for the female manager to call us back, and a second time when someone just said we'd have to call back (!).Still no call and no refund for the incorrect order. Such a warm and positive atmosphere there. Everyone is friendly and professional. I was greeted upon entry. It smells good... inside, the place is clean, and the sandwich toppings look and taste fresh. I ordered 13- Italian mini, Mike?s way, combo withthe chips and drink. The manager recommended a Giant 13 next time. I?ll be back to try it with my friends and family too becausethis location has the best vibes, top tier service, tasty food! Read more

Personally, they're better than Jimmy John's. The subs I've had so far were great and they made them exactly how I requested.... One complaint I had was the leaking and the packaging. I got a tuna once and the juices leaked through the paper bag and made mycar seat stink. Read more

I am extremely disappointed with the Jersey Mike?s in Ellicott city on Baltimore national Pike. I have ordered from them several... times and it wasn?t a problem but today I placed an order close to 12:30 and my husband was just now able to pick it up at 1:33!I realize that they are probably busy because it is Sunday and people want subs for the games but that is something that theyshould keep in mind when they are bringing in staff to work. What really makes it worse is that a large number of people came inand placed an order and were taken care of right away even though there were several people that had ordered online and werestanding there and waiting. That is poor and unfair customer service! Even though several of the people waiting to pick uporders pointed that out, the only response given was ?well we are following company policy.? I guess if Jersey Mike?s gets yourmoney in advance online, they don?t care if you have to wait for your order even though you were ahead of 15 other people whojust walked in the door and were waited on right away. I don?t know if I will give them another chance or not, but if I do,things had better be different; what a big disappointment and terrible service.???? Read more

I ate the most delicious sub today. I had an Italian cold cut with everything on it. It was oh so A good. I was given the royal... treatment because it is just opening.
