I wish I could rate this place with zero stars. This is absolutely the worst Dunkin you can ever go to. The people working in... this location are extremely rude and they are so far away from being professional. Avoid this location at all costs. You aremuch better off going anywhere else. P.S. they will refuse to add milk to your coffee after you have ordered it. Read more

The worst dunkin ever! It is close to our house and open 24 hours so I end up going there regularly. But they somehow manage to... ruin the taste for everything including a basic coffee or any type of drinks! Dunkin should do an inspection on this place, theyserve the worst tasting DD drinks and its so disappointing :( Read more
Before this, I didn't have problems with this place. Today, the woman made my sister's drink hot instead of iced (it's like 90°... out!) and then argued with me over it when I told her it was made wrong. I tried to get a refund (she didn't give me a receiptfor anything), but she just gave me a free drink because the lines were long. It wasn't even what my sister ordered- but mysister took it anyway bc she doesn't like conflict. For myself, I requested unsweetened tea w/packets of Splenda on the side bcI'm diabetic. I didn't find out my tea had sugar instead of artificial sweetener in it until I went home and started getting afeeling of burning pins and needles in my hands and feet shortly after drinking the stuff. My sugar levels *spiked* and I'mreally upset.???????????? I don't want to go back to get a refund either bc of the way they treated me when I tried to get myrefund the first time. They were so dismissive and rude and it showed in the drinks they gave me. I recommend y'all avoid thisplace bc they don't follow directions. Read more
Their Baskin Robins Mint Chocolate ice cream is THE BEST. I love the amount of ice cream they give you that's considered "1... scoop" it's perfect. Never fails to disappoint after eating a meal. Best dessert go to. Read more
What a great selection of products here. They have all your favorite coffee , donut, bagel choices in addition to 32 different... flavors of ice cream as well as 3 freezers of ready-serve quarts and cakes. My favorite barista works here but unfortunately I can no longer enjoy her beverages because her greedy manager charges for get... No Ice I repeat No Ice at first I was told .50 after 2 weeks they upped ot to $1 and the last straw was when they saw me tip mybarista and the next day tried to charge me $2 just for No Ice idk who sets prices but upon further investigation I found thatit was an illegitimate charge after a friend spoke to a district manager on my behalf who said he was completely unaware of thepractice it really infuriated me to learn that they had been stealing from me Dunkin did offer my friend a gift card but itrains to be seen if he receives it I would recommend the dunkin less than two miles away from this location but they also triedto charge me for No Ice after my third visit just on whim and I'm now done with the whole company yall are liars and thieves andI will never support your company again yall should be charged for theft who knows how many thousands yall have stolen from yallcustomers somebody call the police on them????
