The three stars are not for the product, it's 5 star. Firstly, this is not a restaurant, it is a bar clam processing plant. I... went knowing what it was. Fresh bar clams are not availabe in Ontario and theirs are the best so we always have a few jars inthe pantry. While on vacation I wanted to visit because of what I read on their website "We welcome visitors to drop by and seewhat we are all about." Disapponting, it is a clean facility so visitors can't go through the doors to see the actualprocessing. They are not set up to sell products on site.We gave a person our order in the hall, another person was sent to getwhat we wanted and the first person had to go upstairs to get change.
