Every zaxby I eat at is always freezing cold. Today was no different outside it is 56° inside seem like the same temperature.... It makes it hard to enjoy your food because it's so cold in the dining room. Nonetheless the food is consistent It's good at areasonable price. Read more

Only reason for 4 and not 5 stars, is because on the app, and online ordering/ menu, there was a side salad for order but when I... tried, she said that they didn't sell side salads. Also, it'd be nice to be asked at the end of the order if any extra sauceswould be needed, because when I go to ask for them at the window after already paying. And then to be charged again if I wantanymore sauces since even asking for 2 extra apparently has to be an extra charge?!?... I either leave without enough sauce forthe entire order, or I have to get charged extra/again. And no one likes waiting for that or going through all that hassle. Read more

I lived in GA back in 2000's and they were very good back then the young lady at the front was not friendly she didn't greet me... her attitude was so dry and theses restaurant act to funny when it comes to give you an extra salad dressing they did not giveme any napkins and when. Worst place for service. If you place a drive thru mobile order you?ll be asked to go inside. Once inside my order was... nonexistent. They take forever. I?ve been here for more than an hour waiting patiently. Spoke to the manager who seems can?thelp me. I show the app where I?ve placed an order. He can?t see on his side so I placed another and same issue. But the moneyis token off my card ????!? Staff doesn?t know how the app works. No one is dining in because the tables are nasty. We ordered a meal that comes with a small drink. Since THEY ran out of small sized cups, they decided to charge us for a medium... drink that we DID NOT order. This location has continuously had unprofessional, RUDE, and untrained staff. They are ill-equippedand lack customer service. I've tried to give them a chance. The "young ladies" at this location need customer service training! Please allow Chick-fil-A to sit, listen and train your... employees for proper customer service. The "young ladies" at this location are very unorganized, they are not detailed oriented,poor customer service. Please repeat the orders to the customers AFTER TAKING ORDERS! This does not mean you didn't hear them;repeating orders back to the customers makes sure everything is correct. Lastly please make sure the customers are getting thecorrect order. People names sometimes sounds similar and may or may not hear correctly and get someone else's order then realizeit's not their order after rummaging through the bag. Now you have to make food again! Please check the customer receipts beforejust handing out food. The good; very clean lobby. The bad; "young ladies". Just to clarify, not all of the employees areunorganized. The food is decent. I have given this restaurant multiple attempts. The quality at this location is an absolute disaster. I swear my chicken tastes... like fish. Burnt dried out fish at that. I couldn't even force myself to eat this sandwich. I spent 45 bucks for the family andit was all wasted except for the fries. Zaxbys used to be a standard of excellence but that truly has been lost.
