I did not have a pleasant experience! Waited almost an hour for my food with the last 30 minutes inside ???? The Young staff... skip my order despite taking my money and giving me a receipt! It was only after complaining was my order was cooked. Theyskipped my order ???? The place is not very organized and the kids are distracted. The fish taste store bought. The food was fine. The employers did not have hair nets, also the young lady that placed our order wrote my name down... incorrectly and had to wait for 45 minutes instead of the 15 or 20 minutes that it should have taken. Their attitudes were verynonchalant. Read more

Yummy yummy yummy is all I can say. My husband and I had been wanting to check this place out for awhile. So we finally tried... it. I only ordered catfish snacks. Let me tell you I had to order more it was so good even my kids were impressed. My 7 yr saidthat was the best catfish he ever had! I ended up trying the shrimp as well I was not disappointed. So, we asked for a PLAIN catfish supreme sandwich and was given a dressed sandwich. When brought to the owner?s attention she... stated the sandwich will be made over. However, when we get home and attempt to add condiments to the sandwich, we see insteadof fresh bread it?s the same bread just with the dressings scrapped off. Okay, things happen; so, we call the owner to informher of the mistake. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Instead of hearing the complaint, she over talked me, adamantly denies themistake, and makes it seem like the customer is making the whole thing up. Then to patronize you, she says ?I?ll make you a newone!? IT?S NOT ABOUT A NEW ONE! It?s about acknowledging your mistake and listening to the customer?s complaint withoutinterruption. If you want some GOOD FRIED FISH, Yasin's in Ellenwood, Georgia is the place to go! At least for some good fried catfish nuggets... I can say. I have been used to the location in College Park and have loved them for years. But I must say that the Ellenwoodlocation is number one on my list right now. It is all I'm the batter that makes them so much better than other places,including their sister restaurant. My husband and I ordered to go. I had the catfish nuggets snack and he had the catfishnuggets dinner. He had okra and baked beans as sides. I always love Yasin's okra. I'm not a fan of the baked beans, and justreally prefer my own. The hushpuppies are always nice. My only critique is that one container of tartar sauce and onecontainer of hot sauce will not get it, you need at least two. I?ve been here a few times and I have been eating Yasin?s since the 90?s. The times I have eaten at this location everything was... great. I have attempted to go her two different times over the past couple months and the place has been closed during normalworking hours; not close to closing but around mid-day. I don?t think I will be going back to this location. I guess I?ll justhave to swing by the one on Old National when I?m on that side. Read more
