Been sitting in the drive thru line for over 40 minutes and have yet to even get to order. They have PLENTY of people working,... but even if they had only 1 staff member to take orders and cook, this is absurd. Stopped by for breakfast at 6:36 a.m. According to posted hours, they open at 6:30. Employees stated that they weren?t open and... wouldn?t open for ten minutes, because they didn?t want to do their jobs. Only giving a star because I have to in order to make a review plus there was actually ONE young lady that actually displayed... the willingness to provide good customer service. Long story short the young lady entered my order incorrectly, which I would'venoticed if the order was displayed on the screen or when they gave me a receipt and neither happened. Once I pulled of I open mysandwich and notice that it isn't what I ordered so I had to turn around and go back because I was specifically craving what Iordered. Once I get back to the window I tell the young lady that my burger is wrong to which she responded with an annoyed lookon her face "what dat is?". The other young lady at the drink machine overhead the situation and politely says "that's okay, wewill get that for you". By this point the original young lady comes to the window with a bag and however she is speaking tosomeone behind her and then a woman with a blue shirt and apron comes to the window to explain that what I was charged for was$1 cheaper than what I was charged for so I now owed $1. There was no apology for their mistake just an extra charge of $1. Igave them the dollar so that they would release my burger to me and at this point I was over it. This has to be the nastiest Wendy's I have ever visited. Plenty of staff on hand but no one seemed to care that the restroom was... filthy, floors were slick with residue, drink machine was splattered with red drink, counter fronts needed wiping, and there wasno ketchup in either dispenser. Food was served quickly and, due to no other choice, I ate it with relative reluctance, hopingthat it doesn't make a second appearance. I recommend holding out till another exit. Read more
