They need to repost new hours because this Waffle House is NOT 24 hours. I have gone here multiple times in the nighttime,... between 8-10, and the doors are always locked with the employees not in glancing in my direction. I wouldn?t have given it onestar but I am truly baffled how at this point they haven?t at least put up a sign to say we are changing the hours. Every otherbusiness on Fairview let the customers know when they changed their hours and when they changed back. They could give the samecourtesy. Read more
Came here to eat while traveling. Even though all the signs say 24/7. With 3 employees inside and 2 people sitting down eating... the employees through the window waved us down telling us they were closed??? absolutely horrible staff that refuses to servecustomers. @WaffleHouse replace all staff including management as the manager was the one who refused to serve us saying theywere closed. A sign near the entrance noted something like "they were understaffed with limited dine in service." Our party of 4 stood in the... dining room several minutes while 5 employees totally ignored us. Terrible!! I have come to this Waffle House multiple times and had staff sitting around and telling patrons that "we're closed".... I honestly think that these have to be the laziest employees I have encountered! Please fire the staff and replace them withpeople who actually want to work! I wanted to add on to my initial post. This is the second Waffle house I have been to today that does not do take out. What makes this worse is that I drove 15 minutes... to find that out because no one would answer the phone. I think I'll be going to iHop from now on. Read more
My job is very close so I always pop in before work, I think they were nice and cordial once, every other experience no matter... if they busy or not they act like I?m not there. they just go around me like everything else is just way more important thantaking my order. It seems if you sit down they do better though or if your a regular if they know your name they?ll treat youlike royalty Read more
Food is always good. A little crowded but it usually is. Lots of people ordering waffle house all of the time. Staff is friendly... and very accommodating. Read more
