This place had the best customer service ever. They had the fastest service I have ever experienced at a Popeye. They literally... had me in and out. The food was so good. I hate to do this but I feel obligated to fill you in on the reat of the experience I had at that particular location. Back... story simply put, Ive been craving Popeyes for weeks and when I finally get it my mobile order was not accepted, I have to wait3-5 days for a refund, I ended up ordering through the drive through which defeated the point of ordering online and wasted mytime because they had nothing ordered. No apple pies, no beans and rice, no mac, no strawberry or grape jam for my biscuits, andI beg you to look at the photo of 1 of 12 pieces of chicken given to me for my family of 6 (Someone had one piece of chicken!).I really dont what else to say, I can keep going but I definitely will not be going there again. Ordered a 10 piece chicken dinner and only received 8 pieces of skimpy chicken. They were out of all sides except slaw and rice.... No biscuits as well. Didn?t receive a receipt and customer service was terrible. I heard this location was terrible but gave ita try. I will not return. Read more
This is by far, the worst Popeyes I?ve eaten at in the state of GA. The service is terrible. The food is either over cooked or... undercooked. They do not care. If you bring them your concerns, they will curse you out or ignore you. They think everyone is a?Karen? when in reality, the food is deadly. The health score is an 74. I will post pictures to prove it. Save yourself thedeathbed- do not ingest Popeyes from the Ellenwood, GA location located on Anvil Block Rd. The used to have a manager there, ofthe Indian decent and he cared about costumer concerns.. the new manager, she will snatch your receipt and make you wait 10+minutes on a remake. Read more
