Tonight I ordered a simple large extra cheese pizza for my daughter. The cs rep asked me if i wanted contact with driver or to... place order on door step. I said contact so that i may tip. She said fine. Tell me why. My daughter wakes me up to a pizzafull of ants that was left on my doorstep and no one rung my doorbell to even inform us that a delivery was being made at thevery least. She was so upset. I'm irritated by how you can't even reach the company directly no more to inform them so they canresolve and provide great cs. We ordered a large pan pizza. The delivery person was very nice. The pizza came earlier than expected, that was great! Pizza... was hot and tasty. There was a problem with the pan pizza not being baked long enough. I did not call and complain because Iknow this is a common problem. I will order from PizzaHut again, but will order a thinner crust. Read more
I will never order from this place again. My order was out for delivery at 7:36 but did not arrive to my home until 8:11. I... literally live 4 minutes from the shop but was sick and could not drive. My pizzas was cold and not even connected. I called thestore and I told them my food was cold and no apology or nothing. All she said was do you want us to send out another order?. First time at this location. I chose to do curbside pick up. Got there 6 minutes before pick up time and used email to notify I... was there. They brought it out 2 min before actual pick up time. Only 4 stars because I'm a life long Papa Johns customer andthe taste quite isn't there. I don't know if Pizza Hut makes their crust fresh like PJ's. Read more
