I had placed a mobile order and went in their drive thru to get it. Since their Internet was down they weren?t able to receive... my order. So once I got to the first window I asked the cashier if I can just place the order with him and he said no just go tothe next window and tell them what you got. When I got to that window they told me I would have to go all the way back throughthe drive thru line to place the order again which I complained about as I had already been waiting 15-20min with a car full ofhungry kids. They reluctantly took my order at that window and intentionally brought me old dry cheeseburgers which caused me toimmediately get food poisoning within an hour of taking 1-2 bites of it. Smelled very bad, had no soap or towels in the bathroom, the handicapped bathroom in the womens doesn't lock. Crew members have... an attitude. I asked for my daughter's milk that she asked for with her Happy Meal, the kid had his pants so low they wereliterally to his knees! He got angry that I asked, and told me "we have no white milk. Do not come here! They have no clue what the hell there doing? Waited 20 minutes,for a messed up order. awful food, soda flat or... empty, cashier n cook need training. Please give the person who drops the buns a headphone so they can prep faster also let theguy with the open wound on his hand to cover it, if I was a secret costumer they would have fail in every sense of the way.Just the worst Read more
Ordered a pie and a coffee, but when I was handed the coffee, the cup felt cool and surely enough, it was ice cold. The young... lady evidently felt fine with serving me cold coffee. I was boiling hot, like my coffee should have been! Unbelievable!???? Read more
The worst experience. This establishment is sad & sorry. I went thru drive thru. I got home to find my order was made... incorrectly & drove back. The male manager on duty took offense to my request to correct it. He was aggressive, rude &hostile. I wish I had sent my husband to deal with them. I'm not sure how he's even employed. I waited over 20 mins & mwatched this man leave his shift without giving me my order. I got a refund from the next shift mgr. Read more

Staff pretty much show up to work and throw your food in the car. Drive thru is terribly slow and no one acknowledges you on... the intercom . It?s like you have to initiate the order by saying helllllloooo is anyone home? Also it?s like the craziestexplanation as to why no one says anything on the intercom. Once it was, the food is being delivered too slowly so I didn?t sayanything. Another time it was, the headset battery is dead so we figured everyone would just pull forward. Whatttt?! I worked ata McDonald?s more than 10 years ago and we?d be fired over nonsense. If we didn?t say hello or have a nice day we?d be fired.I?m just saying. Another trash location that has clear lobby hours listed on the door, however the lobby is closed and the drive-thru line is... wrapped around the entire store. Don?t waste your time at this location! Read more
