I went this morning at 7am there was no one in the building. Like wrapped around because the drive thru lights were on but there... was not one employee there. I came BACK at 8:30 after running errands to see if anyone showed up to work and still no one there.Just close this location. Read more
Went through drive-thru to order breakfast and they not only were out of ham but they were out of chicken for their biscuits. ... Waited in line for 15 minutes for two cold pieces of cheese slapped on the steak and the egg biscuits were cold as well Read more
This place is just so bad. Cant go in.. 30 minutes in drive thru.. got here 823am.. its now 852am . So im making a... review. .. waffle house is right next door... Should've went there. Worse fake Carl's Jr imitation ever. I gave this place a second chance after I had chicken club awhile back. Chicken club was... nasty, tasted nothing like Carl's Jr chicken club. Today I ordered Western Bacon Cheese Burger, thinking they can't go wrong,got home, burger was flat n missing onion rings, and it was dry, bbq sauce has no flavor. I gave it to my dog. They say Hardee'slike Carl's Jr. I mean it has the same logo, same menu, but ingredients Hardee's use is not the same as Carl's Jr, it tastecheap, lacking flavor, and burger is smaller, but yet they charge same expensive price like Carl's Jr. They need to closedHardee's down or change the logo cos it's not freakn Carl's Jr! This location used to have the best breakfast. I was ordering breakfast at least once a week. The past 2 or so weeks, the food... quality has dropped. No one likes a crunchy biscuit you can put a hole in the wall with. This morning was absolutelyunacceptable. I typically order a country ham, egg, & cheese biscuit. At first, I thought I had been mistakenly given a bacon,egg, & cheese biscuit. NOPE, the country ham was way overcooked. Check out my picture of "country ham" . Extremely too long to get food to us. Just 2 orders and it took close to 45 min to get our order. Multiple people left because... it was taking so long. Only reason I didn?t leave is because it would?ve taken too long to get a refund. Read more
