Sunday, October 30th, 8:50pm. Currently sitting in the drive-thru for going on 5mins (and counting). Honked my horn several... times, no response, no movement. Sign says they are open until midnight (drive-thru) yet it's as if they are closed. No responseat the ordering speaker was the first red flag but I pressed on. Wanted a bacon king. That's definitely not happening. Customerservice here is very bad. From employees blocking the entrance while they smoke to a lack of service in general. Do betterEllenwood Village. Read more

I've been here twice in the last two days and they appear to be understaffed. Yesterday I was waiting inthe drive thru for over... 5 minutes before someone responded and took my order. Today they wouldn't let me order and said theyre only taking ordersinside. Both days they were rude and messed up my order. The dining area also wasn't stocked with lids or straws. Read more
First the place is dirty, dirty. Nasty water on the floor. Where the container is for the fries needs to be scrubbed. The... fries holder is crowded with splashes of old grease,salt and dirt. The workers are rude and in need of a clean make over. Idon?t recommend this place. Furthermore whoever is the the owner should be ashamed and shut the place down and give it a deepclean. Read more
I just went to Burger King I decided to try the toasted cheesy sausage sandwich. The young lady taking our order was impatient... and kept asking if that was all. At the window I added another sandwich the young lady taking the order said she didn?t feellike making another sandwich and we couldn?t add the sandwich I forgot because she was rushing me. The new sandwich was a pieceof white round bread not toasted. They made us move from the window because it was messing with their time. The young ladytaking my order came to the car shoved the bag and me when I told her I wanted to check my order she told me it?s in the bag ifnot drive around. SMH. This location is absolutely disgusting. The health department needs to shut it down. Inside is absolutely filthy. I went inside... to order and the employees were handling and making orders with no gloves on. Hair nets and the language is just as bad. I wasin line watched an employee pick trash up off floor pull trash bag and then proceed to make orders. The whole time no gloves onand did not wash hands. Unless you want to get sick I advise staying away. Read more
Horrible, rude and my food was wrong sloppy and a piece of hair was on my lettuce! I've tried to give this location chance after... chance but every time I do they fail, every-single- time. When you pull up to the speaker to place your order your greetingsshould be welcoming...not here, you get a rude "how can I help you" and rushing to finish your order only to get ot wrong in theend. I ordered something simple...whopper WITH cheese no onions and a Sprite. I got this...she even repeated it before I pulledup to pay and still entered it in wrong. The hair was small like a eye lash... I was so tempted to go back and demand my moneyback but I was on my lunch break which isnt long at all and had to return to work. Lobby was filthy. Not just from a lunch rush either, but from sheer neglect. I tried to tell myself they?re just understaffed..... but it more so looks like months of not being cleaned. Food tasted old and workers were unpleasant, except the younger guy thathanded me my food with a smile. Read more
