This was our first time to Woody's, despite having seen it many times from I-75, and we were not disappointed! The Key West... Shrimp/Grouper Rice Bowl was delicious and the Grouper Sandwich was fresh and tasty - and big! Our server, Petrina, was great!We loved sitting out by the water enjoying the little bit of breeze that helped cool the hot and humid afternoon. The live musicwas nice and not too loud. I'm glad there were places to sit out away from the stage so we could hear the music but not be rightnext to it. It was a great experience and we will be back! Read more
Great food and service. I had the house salad with grilled grouper. My husband had nachos. We ate inside with a great view of... the water. The grouper was delicious, fresh and flaky. We enjoyed looking at the artistry in the gift store. The new tiki huthas increased the shade in the dining area. No live music today at lunch, we look forward to returning and enjoying the music. Very comfortable, casual vibe. Covered areas on the water, by the water, and near the water. You can even park your boat to... eat here. Great views of the Manatee River. Forgot to mention the food...very good, lots of choices to eat and drink. We'llhave to come back when there is live entertainment. Great bar and restaurant, stopped for lunch on our journey from Palm Coast down to the West coast. Sat outside on the water and... could see baby rays from the table. We had appetisers and entrees. Portions were good and food was delicious. Especiallyenjoyed the salmon blt! Will be back to try desserts next time! Read more
We've been coming here for many years. Always good, friendly service. New thatched roof over much of the outside dining. Nice... structure which will come in handy in the summer sun or when it rains. I had a Greek salad. Hubby had grouper bites. Everyonewas happy! Read more
Born and raised in Manatee County and I can count on one hand how many times I've been here before. Decided to take my husband... here for dinner on his birthday because it's been about 7 years since we've been and wanted to go somewhere out of theusual. Wow!! I'm so upset we didn't come here sooner. It looks like they've done a lot of updating to the place. Great livemusic started at 6. We had amazing seats (which we got to choose where to sit) so that was nice. Large grouper sand which, andbeautiful views. Great drinks too! Definitely will be back soon. We had a wonderful time!!
