I?ve ordered here before and unfortunately have had the same result. I explicitly say I am a vegetarian and ask for no fish... oil/sauce and the staff understands and puts in the order accordingly. However, the cooks always disregard my requests so I willno longer be ordering from here. Read more
We moved here recently from the West side of the mountains and were excited to see Ellensburg has thai food because we eat it... almost weekly. Sugar Thai did not disappoint! We have ordered from them 5-6 times so far and going through the menueverything has been SO good. Great flavors, everything seems fresh, the portions are large. Very, very happy with thisplace. Update March 25, 2021 Came back in to give a second chance So much better. Enjoyed the appetizer, the main meal & the... desserts. May 4, 2017 It was okay. I have had sooooooo much better @ other places, plus the place was infested with flies. Hadto keep shooing the flies off my food. Thai food here is decent but not GREAT will come back because it's the only thai place in town still loved my meals tho!
This restaurant had good food and was very accommodating. I couldn't find anything I liked on the menu so I made my own meal... based on what I like. There 5 stars is actually spicy unlike many places I have gone. They were a bit expensive for what I amused to. $30 for an appetizer and entree. Still good food and a great experience. Read more
Got into town after a long drive with a car full of hungry people. Found Sugar Thai easily on the map and with the map. ... Getting seated took longer that it should have but they only had two servers. Time to get order was perfect. Food temperature, spice, and taste was as ordered and awesome. I really feel sorry however that the girls had to wear the Thai costumes. Itonly helped to give the place a small town feel. Overall we were very pleased. Read more
