Excellent customer service. Food was hot, delicious, and made to order. We will definitely be coming back on future road trips.... They even honored my dairy free request and redid my order after I requested no cheese, but I forgot to also say no creamysauce. I didn't care for the chicken slider, but my husband loved it. I stopped here on 3/15 at about 3:30pm with my SO, ordering a BBQ Little Saucey, a Tzatziki Little Saucey with fritter chips... (the nachos) and a side of slaw. Initially we were told the falafel was unavailable, which we totally understood, so we got atzatziki Little Saucey with chicken instead, and the menu says it's supposed to have cucumbers, cilantro and onions on it aswell as the slaw (which I confirmed with the online menu). However, when we got the food home, there was no side of slaw, mychips are just plain chips and dip, and there are no cucumbers, cilantro or onions on my Tzatziki Saucey. We also weren't givena receipt for the order, so I'm not sure what we paid for, and what we didn't, and because prices aren't listed online, I can'tcheck my statement with that either. I'm so frustrated because the sliders themselves were pretty good (and I highly recommendthe cilantro sauce), but so much was missing from the order. We would have gone back immediately had we realized in time thatthe order was wrong, but my SO had to work at 4pm that day so we were not able to. I wish now that I had taken pictures of thefood. I basically copied this all from the email I sent to them, since they don't have a phone contact, and I still haven'tgotten a reply over a week later. Wow! Amazing sliders and tacos, my favorite were the blue cheese ones and the Korean slider. So many different flavors! I just... picked random items and it was awesome, plus the owners were nearby and super friendly. Definitely looking for excuses to goback asap. Read more
