Ick, my burger had both dill pickles and sweet pickle relish. I have never eaten here but ad a hamburger lover I have NEVER had... both kinds of pickles on my burger. Awful. Also French fries were soft and soggy. Not someplace I would go again. Read more
Overpriced for what you get here. Very thin meat patty and too much relish. We also waited and watched others come and order at... the window after us but were served before us. There was quite a wait, at least 20 minutes. Great shakes, fries, and fry sauce!Yum! Read more
Love Rossow's. Can sit outside under cover so our pup can come with. Burgers are those great 'diner' style with the great flat... top crust. Fries are different than last time we were here, but we liked them. Good value, good food and lots of it. Read more

Things have changed over the years but service was good. Wish everything was still as I remember it tho. The fries are... different, but still good. And the burgers aren't the size of my entire hand anymore & the toppings are not as bountiful. Compared to other burger places still tasty in just whineeee about it not being the same ol town style joint. Read more
Not my favorite place to go for a burger but the sides and the float made it worth it. The price doesn't reflect what was paid... for. The service was good though. My rating for this place is mostly reflected on the food. Read more
An oasis of American diner food on the long road to Pullman. Delicious burgers and fries. Decided not to get a gallon of potato... salad (!). We only waited fifteen minutes but by the time we got our food there was a huge line and people were waiting an hourfor takeout food. One of the downsides of popularity I guess!! Read more
I should have read these reviews before coming here because they don?t lie . It took twenty minutes to get a very small burger... and fry for the money . Almost $10 for a small burger which was nothing special . The worst part was that I had ordered a rootbeer float , and by the time I reached the window , it was melted . I asked what it was ..the cup wasn?t even all the way full ,about two thirds of a melted root beer float . I was told it was pre made and from the freezer . I said I didn?t want it , thebrown liquid didn?t have carbonation at all . I was told they?d debit my card for the shake but it never happened. I called themand asked them to fix it ans was told a manager would call me to fix the problem but no one ever called me back . So I wascharged for something I didn?t even take . Also when I called about the shake , I was told that they don?t actually use rootbeer , they use root beer flavored syrup and water . So not what I ordered , not even a full 20 oz . Buyer be ware .
