Amazing service. Their shakes are served in an old fashioned metal container. The burgers are top notch cooked very well and... juicy. Burgers are served open faced so you see what you ordered. The Cesar salad is delicious and the food is all fresh anddelicious. Best place I?ve eaten in a long time. For the price a good bit of food. You will not leave hungry here. The waiternamed Mickey is amazing and he deserves a good tip as he is old fashioned remembers everything and doesn?t use a note pad totake your order; at least he didn?t for two people. I could rave about the atmosphere and everything else but it?s amazing tosay the least. I am from Idaho and it?s been a long time since I?ve been in a place as down home as this. 5 stars for service and atmosphere. Food is basically pretty good bar food. Nothing exceptional, the jacks screaming burger... special sauce was a little sweet, but was a pretty good burger. Not worth 18 bucks good though. Ciabatta burger was solid. Veryplain, but it worked for the bother. The service for the kids with cups that had small straws and lids without even asking uswas a nice touch, coloring menu and emoji shaped fries all helped make this a nice experience. Best American breakfast ever had! This was just random restaurant we selected for breakfast on the way to Spokane. It turned out... to be one of the famous in town. We realised that when we saw bunch of people waiting outside for breakfast! Omelettes werecooked properly, the way the waitress asked us while placing order. Friendly staff and nice place to eat. Good spot for dinner. Had the catch of the day which was Barramundi from Australia. Never had it, so had to give it a try. Fish... was great.....the whole dinner was good and was almost deserving of 5 stars. Will go again. Read more
A decent place for breakfast. The company I was with said that the eggs benedict was good. Be warned, if you go when it is busy... it may impact how warm your meal is. I hear dinner during the week is great. There is parking on the street.There are booths tothe north side of the building and tables and chairs to the south. Great breakfast in downtown Ellensburg is highly recommended ????. The Palace has rustic turn of the century ambiance with brick... walls, old photos of Washington life from late 1800's to early 1900's. Walk in from main street and wait for a short minute tobe seated by very pleasant waitstaff. Coffee is breakfast blend and they leave a carafe, I was loving the place already. Themenu is simple yet everything you will want for a hearty and healthy breakfast is on one laminated page. The service is happyand informative. I added to my menu item and it came exactly as ordered and quickly. I splurged with the superbly preparedhashbrowns. So yummy cooke to a golden brown. This place was one of my favorites till today. The first waiter was rude and set down the water glasses super hard, after we... ordered our food we waited an hour without any one refilling our waters the whole time. We get our food and my plate has barelyany food on it, barely any avocado, and my dad's hash browns were burnt and over just did not taste great. After we get ourcheck we go to pay and the waiter asks how it was and we said "eh" and they didn't say anything to us after that. It takes them10 minutes while we are standing at the front for us to get our change back and when they did they just waved it in ourdirection and didn't say anything. Read more
