This location is one of the best fast food chicken restaurants that I visited. The building is very clean both inside and... outside and I like that it is designed to resemble a red barn, so ot has a great atmosphere as a result. The staff is friendlyand they got my order out quickly despite being busy at lunch rush. The food is also really good, especially the chicken fingersbecause they are hot and fresh and they have a great balance of breading and meat. I enjoyed my experience with this place and Ihighly recommend you to check it out if you want something quick but filling to eat. We will be back again someday! Read more

Very small portion and missed part of my order.

First time trying them and was not disappointed. We had just drove 10 hours from New Orleans and was tired and hungry and we saw... they were still open. They had 10 minutes left before closing and could have denied our order but instead the girl working thewindow on Friday 8/5/22 was very nice and understanding of our situation, our food was freshly cooked and not just throwntogether. The young lady at the window asked if we needed any extra sauces or condiments and told us welcome to St Augustine andenjoy our stay. Events like this is the reason why I will go out of my way to do a great review because of excellent customerservice. Read more

2022-07-15 Their menu selections have changed. The service is still great and the dining area is very clean. 2022-05 Never... disappointed. This restaurant has great food, a friendly staff that go out of their way and it is clean. They also provide adiscount for veterans and recognize your service. Great place. I highly recommend thisrestaurant. ------------------------- Clean and great service. Compared to other restaurants, this one shines. Has anyone else notice that some of the chicken tastes off? Like it has freezer burn and crumbles to dust in your mouth? My... puppy loves it though, so we don't waste food. We waited 20 minutes for fresh wings and half were soggy and the other half wereover cooked. I think this Zaxbys has struggled with consistency. The teens that work there are always very nice but the foodcould use a bit of help. I'll try again in a couple of months. Read more

Clean zaxbys in a prime location. Also a Starbucks next door. Close to the interstate for a quick pit stop. Chicken was fresh... and there were plenty of co ok it?s for dessert!! Read more
