Admittedly, I haven?t been to Zaxbys in over a year. I don?t really drive on this side of town, but today I wanted something... different. Was a little taken aback with all the American flags and the huge DeSantis sign outside. It looked like a cardealership. Obviously everyone has their opinion on politics, mine being that Republicans are insane. I mean look at how youchanged the entire image of your restaurant. But being the American consumer that I am, I still pulled up and ordered and paidfor (w my hard earned American dollars I make working at a PD- and don?t use a discount cause I?m not above anyone else) $14worth of undercooked fried pickles and French fries. My family and I ate at this Zaxbys yesterday 10/8. The place was clean, the staff was nice, but about 5 hours after eating it... my daughter's abd niece all started feeling bad one by one puking their guts up then later that evening my mom, nephew, my son,and me started puking and having diarrhea.. we then realized that we had been victims of food poisoning and we know it camefrom here because we all ate the same thing while there and it hit us one by one..this will prolly keep me from eating atanother zaxbys for a long time and I will never eat at this one again Read more

Look they got good food, I?ve been a regular for a while, more the last two months (almost every other day). Usually I showup on... my lunch break, I only get an hour. It only happens once in a while, I?ll be missing food from my order or I won?t receive extrasauces I?m charged for. So far it?s only happened when I?m eating inside. Only recently I?ve had to get my food to go throughthe drivethru due to my break getting restricted on time. On may 26th (2022) I ordered a 6 finger plate with extra fries and 2extra sax sauces (no drink). Came home and discovered I only had 4 chicken fingers and 1 zax sauce. It wasn?t busy, only oneother person was in the drive ahead of me. When I got to work with my food and saw what I had, I called them up asking for arefund. They said I could only get a refund if I come back with the order and receipt. What they don?t understand is that Ialready cut into my break 20 odd mins picking this up, I explained his to them, I didn?t want to drive back to the restaurantI?m lunch hour traffic. I just wanted something to eat on my break, already starving. So I just said screw it and ate what Ihad. It?s annoying that I can be almost a daily regular and be told I gotta go out of my way to bring the food back, just toget the order redone. As far as I?m concerned, you mess up my order, you just bought me lunch. Yea I should had checked theorder over before driving back, but again I was tight on time and confident that they could get something as easy as a plate puttogether. I'm from Reno, I've had some good chicken but nothing like this! This place was amazing we got our order almost as soon as we... order. The workers were nice and friendly and all smiling. Most expensive fast food anywhere. That's why only one star. It's actually fairly tasty but $12 per person is just outrageous!... You can eat for maybe $9 per person if they have light appetites. And then they nickel and dime you to death charging you forthe sauce that they deliberately give you almost none of. There are lots of other places to get great chicken for less than halfthe cost.
