The staff here is amazing! Honestly! Food was really good, but the folks that work here give better service than many sit down... restaurants I?ve been to. Casual Mexican restaurant with tons of choices and a nice outdoor patio. Great for families and anyonewanting a fast casual meal. Will definitely return!!! Read more

The food and experiences I've had here haven't always been the best. But today takes the cake. I left to get lunch for only 3... people. Not complicated orders at all. Not alot of food. I ordered at 1:30. I waited for over 35 minutes before receiving thefood. I had to go back to the counter and ask about my order. They said theyre bagging it up. It sat in the corner for who knowshow long. So now our already subpar food is nearly cold garbage at this point. All while everyone around me that ordered AFTERme were all sitting and enjoying their food. You could hear employees having a GRAND time in the back, talking, fighting..whatever they're doing. Because they obviously aren't working. I would absolutely in no way ever recommend this place to anyone.I will go out my way to be sure all of my friends and family know about our experiences. Food portions have definitely shrunk. I hadn't visited in a few years and was raving to my wife. However, I was disappointed. It... did not have the same "deliciousness" as before. Nor the size. Some of my food was undercooked. I took the item to the counter and told the cashier about the issue. She rolled her eyes and... took the food to the manager(?). I stayed at the counter waiting for someone to issue an apology or ask to remake the food. Thecashier came back and asked if she could help me with anything and proceeded to tell me there was no problem with my food. Assomeone who eats at Tijuana Flats on a regular occasion the service I experienced at this location is the worst of any of mydining trips. Read more
