So we went to the ?amazing? guy Harvey restaurant. To not even be greated by the server. She walked up, grabbed the menus... without making eye contact and walked to a table. We were not even seated when she rushingly asked what we wanted to drink. Iasked for a straw, she never spoke a word rolled her eyes and set them on the table. Wow ! Just wow. Went in after a long day at work?.. bar was busy and Kandy was a one man band. She apologized and said she would... be right with me. She came back with a smile and I enjoyed a nice glass of white wine. I added the seared tuna nachos to myorder and WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED! We were a party of 8 who hoped to get dinner on a busy Friday night. The staff was so pleasant (Hila the hostess, Christian the... bartender and Karen the server). The food was excellent! (Poke bowls, fish sandwich and the shrimp & grits special). We highlyrecommend! Read more

poor service, and inefficient... We were waiting for our turn and they did not respect it, they gave the turn to other people.... It should be noted that there were only 5 tables and 5 people at the bar and with 3 waitresses plus the lady who stole our shiftand could not attend?? The waitress who served us was not happy with serving us because she was "busy", and when she arrived shewas rude and had a very bad attitude. He was asked for bottles of water and he brought two glasses of water which he placed onthe table. Great place right in the lobby of the hotel, it makes it so easy to have a bite to eat without leaving. Service is friendly and... attentive. Food is delicious and top quality. Prices are a bit higher end. But for the convenience it is worth it. Read more

First off, our waitress was friendly, attentive, and sweet. Glasses, tattoos, I believe her name was Alyx? Excellent... waitress. The food was a mixed bag, but mostly pretty good. I got the hash bowl with eggs. The toast was unbuttered. Who eatsunbuttered toast? But otherwise, it was quite good. The fresh avocado was nice too. My wife got the French toast with scrambledeggs. It was also good. The coffee was horrible. This is a pet peeve of mine. Restaurants try to save a nickel by makingextremely weak, tasteless coffee. C?mon people, coffee isn?t expensive, throw in a few more scoops. I have to order decaf coffeedue to a caffeine sensitivity, so weak decaf coffee is even worse. To get flavor out of decaf, you have to make it strong. Mycup of decaf was like hot water with a slight brown tint. Terrible. Taking one star from the review for the dishwatercoffee. The only reason it's not getting 5 stars is because I've never experienced as long of a wait at a breakfast joint. The prices... are average to slightly pricey, the staff was fairly friendly, but the food was absolutely excellent. For the price the quality,quantity, and flavor are very on point. They have good coffee that they leave for you at the table to drink your fill of as youneed. Honestly except for the fact that our waitress wasn't very attentive and the wait was very long for breakfast it wasawesome otherwise. The hotel is gorgeous, the bathrooms are wonderful, theres a little guy Harvey outfitter shop right next tothe eating area. They also serve fresh squeezed orange juice, we didn't try it but it looked really good from the table next tous! Read more
