We love Mayday ice cream and love to stop at their stores. That's why we were so happy to find their outlet in the Old Town at... the corner of St.George and Hypolita St. The manager, Claire B (aka "E.Claire"), was utterly delightful and filled us in on thehistory of the Mayday brand. while dishing out some unbelievable flavors with a friendly smile. Mayday ice cream served up byE.Claire - a truly unforgettable combination. Read more
Smelled horrendous to me when we walked in on 07/21/22 @ 9:30pm. Staff were extremely kind, but seemed a bit out of sorts at... times and chatted to much with their friends in line. There were 3 dairy-free (?vegan?) options: pistachio and almond butterchocolate and then a 21+ fruity flavor. Ordered the almond butter chocolate ice cream. Wasn?t too sweet, which was good. However, it missed the mark. Flavor was watery to me and the almond wasn?t pleasant to my taste buds. The pricing is so weirdfor the ice cream scoops?.. $5+ for ?one scoop?. $7.25 for ?2 scoops?. $9.25 for ?6 mini-sized scoops? which the cashier told mewas actually LESS ice cream than the 2-scoop option!! If that?s true, then they are ripping you OFF! If it?s not, educate youremployees on up to date company policies better because they are warding off customers with inaccurate information. I?drecommend the one scoop for 1-person. 2 of us couldn?t finish the 2-scoop option. Read more
Great icecream???????? Tip: one flavor consists of three scoops so sizes are really large

Staff was very kind and pleasant when offering samples and explaining the flavors. There are quite a few unique flavors and a... couple tried and true. They offered complimentary home made sprinkles and waffle crisps which were delicious. Although theflavors were interesting the taste didn?t really come through well and the combinations didn?t work well despite sounding goodin the description. The ice cream also wasn?t very creamy. It was fun trying a new place and supporting local and my kids likedtheir sorbet. Read more
