We were in St Augustine on vacation. We like to try different ?local? ice cream shops. This was our first stop on our trip and... let me just say they set the bar very high for any place else we found. In fact on Saturday we stopped at 4 other ice creamshops and didn?t stay long enough to order anything. Highly recommend checking this place out. The ice cream was good, but the customer service was horrible. The employees were only worried about gathering someone?s phone... number? there were at least 10 people in line and one of the employees ran outside to give/get a boys phone number. They talkedabout this the entire time we were in line, and we were asked at least 4 times what we ordered. No one was taking the money, andeven made an extra ice cream because they were too busy talking. Read more

AMAZING ice cream store I?ve ever been. Inside looked decorative with Christmas ornaments and ice creams decorations. Went there... multiple times for dessert and it was worth it. I like how they mixed different flavors cream and add toppings with it. Usuallyjust order the small because it?s a huge portion. Their shakes are amazing and delicious. I do work here so bear that in mind but the ice cream here is of very nice quality. We do our best to mix the ice cream how you... like it if you specify. It is a little pricy but for the calories and how it fills you I'd say it is worth it. Read more
We tried four ice cream spots in St. Augustine on this trip. There's nothing wrong with Marble Slab, but in comparison to the... other three, it came out on bottom. I wouldn't travel to go there, but if you were in the area, I wouldn't tell you not to gothere. Friendly staff, broad selection of products. Read more
