?Fettine Di Pollo Scarpariello? By far one of the best meals I?ve ever had here in Saint Augustine. This restaurant is very... cozy, but most important the food and service are excellent. I definitely recommend this place and I will be coming back. ForManagement: I would like to make a couple observations that in my opinion would better the experience in your restaurant. 1).Change your napkins from paper to cloth. 2). Absolute gem! We were going to eat downtown but everywhere had a 2 hr + wait. Ended up finding this place which was an absolute... blessing. It was small, quiet and the food and wine was simply amazing. Will need to bring my parents here when they come toFlorida. Read more

Food was amazing however I watched how the owner interacted with his staff. I chatted with him saying his food was awesome and I... was out of town. I said the waiter was amazing! His reply was I gave him a job.. I replied with .. are you kidding me? I am abusiness owner myself. You can have a business however you wouldn?t have a business without your staff! I will never go backbecause of his ignorance of how to treat people! He elaborated he finally was able to open for lunch I said well that?s a signof how you treat your staff. It is very seldom I write a review about anything, when I do the food is either out of this world or should never have been... served. In my case I have eaten at Gusto Bistro Italiano and Wine Bar five or six times and it gets better each time. Mylatest visit I hosted my brother his wife, and my daughter and her family. I must tell you the food and service was the best Ihave experienced while living in St. Augustine. I believe you get what you pay for. I did not feel that I was not over chargedfor a great meal. First and foremost, the pizza here is consistently outstanding!! Ordered ahead on a very busy Saturday evening and got there... early purposely to sit and enjoy a glass of wine while waiting. Got there and pizza was ready (odd, too quick) but it waswrong. Poured me a glass of wine on the house - which I said was not necessary because I came early to enjoy a glass of wineanyway - and said I'd have to wait 45 minutes because they were backed up and short staffed in the kitchen, and the new pizzastill came out in about 20 minutes. Total class act and I love the atmosphere here. Can't wait to come in and enjoy a goodItalian meal sitting down in this cozy little place. UPDATE. Decided to come here for a real sit down dinner to celebrate ouranniversary. It was everything we expected and more. Quiet, cozy, excellent service, outstanding food and everything at aleisurely pace but not slow. I love that this place is always a combination of couples for a cozy Italian dinner and a familyof 6 enjoying pizza at the same time.
