Food was amazing however I watched how the owner interacted with his staff. I chatted with him saying his food was awesome and I... was out of town. I said the waiter was amazing! His reply was I gave him a job.. I replied with .. are you kidding me? I am abusiness owner myself. You can have a business however you wouldn?t have a business without your staff! I will never go backbecause of his ignorance of how to treat people! He elaborated he finally was able to open for lunch I said well that?s a signof how you treat your staff. It is very seldom I write a review about anything, when I do the food is either out of this world or should never have been... served. In my case I have eaten at Gusto Bistro Italiano and Wine Bar five or six times and it gets better each time. Mylatest visit I hosted my brother his wife, and my daughter and her family. I must tell you the food and service was the best Ihave experienced while living in St. Augustine. I believe you get what you pay for. I did not feel that I was not over chargedfor a great meal.
