Clear example a ZERO quality or care from the employees. I can almost guarantee they won't eat the shear cold cardboard they... seem to always deliver. This is the second time in a row that I've received the wrong order. Last time (May 30th 2022), I ordered the Italian sausage... marinara pasta, but I received a very dry chicken Alfredo pasta. This time, I ordered the primavera pasta, but received thechicken carbonara; and my bbq pizza barely has any bbq sauce. I didn't leave a review last time. Instead I called and it tookhours for the right pasta to get delivered. Now I'm leaving a review. Very disappointed. Please double check the order beforesending it off to be delivered. Read more
Tried to order delivery online and the website says this store is not offering delivery. Called to verify, got confirmation they... are in fact delivering and my address is within the delivery range. Almost $13 dollars more for the exact same order placing itover the phone than online and missed out on 50% off my pizza. What is the point of offering the promotion? I get it's thedelivery fee and the missed 50% off since it was forced under carry out and had a promo, but your website not working right isyour issue, not the customers. Nothing the store can do about it either seems like poor customer service to not at leastaccommodate a price match for your OWN issue as a company. Pretty disappointed. Read more
Their pizzas are not only delicious, I love how you can super customize your order. Everyone offers selection of topics, but for... every topping, you can select light, normal and extra. Orders have been delivered pretty fast too. Read more
My company has ordered from this Dominos for 10+ years. We typically order the same thing every 2 week. You do the math, ... ordering for 10+ years 15 boxes of pizza every 2 weeks. I've noticed these past 3 months, since the wonderful manger Lindsey isbeen out, they've been purposely screwing up our order and cutting our Large sized pizzas into 20 slices, ridiculous. Thank GodI took pictures this time to inform CORPORATE. The last conversation I had with their manager he asked me to provide my job'stax ID number, which they should've had on file since we've been ordering for 10 YEARS... The pettiness is at an all time HIGHwith this Dominos location and I would advice you to stay away from this location. Pizza taste like card board limited cheeseand sauce. So incredibly disappointing. So we just ordered 3 pizzas & breadsticks. For a company that prides themselves on making things... right...... this location got it wrong.. We ordered 2 normal pizza's & 1 with no cheese. Unlucky me & a dairy allergy.Ordered a pizza with no cheese & definitely did not get 1 with no cheese. As everyone is enjoying food I am still sitting herewaiting for my pizza. Normally the offer some sort of apology of 50% the next order or something. I asked for extra bread stickssince not only did they get my order wrong but I had to wait extra long for dinner. Super disappointed. Everyone was done eatingby the time I finally got to eat. Ordered 40 minutes before closing. After the app said that it had been delivered i called since there was a problem and it wasnt... there. I was assured that it was on its way and the store was closing. I waited until a couple minutes before close to callagain since it hadnt arrived and nobody was answering. Read more
