We had an amazing evening celebrating our friend?s birthday! Everything from the wine selections down to the dessert was... perfect! We had the opportunity to meet Chef Michel and the restaurant manager Lane- both made sure our evening was special. TheCaprese Salad had both basil and mint added to it delicious flavor. There is an herb garden outside of the kitchen where theygrow their own herbs. The Sous vide pork chop was tender and perfectly cooked! The Lobster Mac and cheese was delicious withchunks of lobster and just the right amount of cheese. We also had a special of squid ink pasta that was out of this world good!We finished off with the pretzel brownie that was the perfect ending to a wonderful night! Amazing newest hotel in St. Augustine, beautifully done, Castillo Craft has great service, food, drinks phenom, thanks Kristen... for amazing service for local group of 12! Went again last night (05/2022), dinner for 4, excellent food, had 3 fab apps andall enjoyed the entree's l, lobster Mac/cheese, mussels, salmon, OMG, desserts, bread pudding and brownies!
