Maybe I went on the wrong day but my pizzas looked slightly different than some of the others in the review pics. The pizzas... were still good but I wouldn't say it's exactly Neapolitan. Two issues: 1). The dough was slightly too thick in the center. It'smore like NY style. 2). I ordered the Margherita and Bianca. The mozzarella cheese they used was not fresh mozzarella. It waslow moisture mozz you use on a NY slice and they put too much mozz on it to the point where the pizza was overwhelmed by thecheese. Again, if you're a NY slice fan, then this is all fine. Awesome pizza. High quality ingredients. I got the carne pizza and garlic bread, both of which I would recommend. Especially the... garlic bread because it was SO garlicky and fresh. It's obviously wood fired pizza, so it's going to have some charred spots,but that just adds to the goodness ???? Read more
Very good Neapolitan pizza, the texture of the crust is perfect - crunchy with a chewy and airy dough inside. Super close to... real Neapolitan pizza and I was really impressed. My only comment was that there was too much char on the bottom of the pizza,it was essentially black. Not sure if that was intentional or not but it causes too much of a bitter taste, which upsets thebalance of the flavor.
