I love! Jersey Mike's and I'm in town from Salisbury MD for work i know prices are higher here. But I ordered a cheesesteak... regular that was almost 13 dollars got a mini. I also ordered a roast beef and provolone which is my favorite Mike's way! Addmayo and banana peppers and when I got back to my hotel after work my roast beef and provolone didn't have Red wine vinegar oilor mayo or banana peppers. Just ordered cheese steak portabello via grubhub. Requested no cheese, no bell peppers. Don't like either. It came with PLENTY... of both, and NO portabello mushrooms. I'm guessing the wrong sandwich was placed in my bag. Grubhub made it right with me, but Iwill not be ordering from this Jersey Mikes again. These orders are too expensive to get wrong. Read more
Original Review: I honestly remembered Jersey Mike's being so much better than this. I got a sub this evening, and it was very... dry. There was an employee who helped me with the app, which was nice, but I'm not sure why the sub was so dry. I paid $16.43for a dry sub. ???? I order regular size for $9 but when I opened to eat they shrug the bread ???? size. It looks like small size vs regular size... .. and barely any meat was in it. Fast food like this, charges customer $9 for regular sandwiches but shrunk the size of breadand barely any meat, how is that fair to customers? Online ordering is very convenient since the line is always very long. The club sub is our go to sandwich there, lately though... the bacon has almost tasted like the took it out of the fridge and it's cold instead of cooking it and putting it on the sub. Read more
I made an order through door dash when i received my order a sub was missing. I called jersey mikes and I told them the man told... me he put 3 in the bag and I only received 2. I then look at the subs that we did receive and both subs were completely wrong asI ordered. Actually the complete opposite. The man told me that this is door dashes business. Which at first I understood butwhen your the one making the damn sandwich that has nothing to do with door dash. Very poor customers service. Very good atupsetting customers on the phone. I have never had a bad experience here. Love coming here. Just went in today and ordered my turkey sub on a gluten free roll.... Anyone with a gluten problem knows how hard it is to order out just anywhere. The gentleman who made my sub ( im assumingmanager) made sure to be careful with my sub, instead of using the same spreader for the mayonnaise that touched a regular rollhe went and got a squeeze bottle to apply the mayo.
